Rebecca (’Bex’) Deva was born to dance. ‘It fills me with loads of energy and helps me feel connected to source.’ As well as being co-founder of Studio Evolve, Bex teaches Nia and Yoga.
Together with his wife Bex, Chai owns Studio Evolve Nelson and runs the transformational festival, Evolve, at Founders Park.
Originally from Sweden, Elena has trained as a yoga teacher in Goa (India) and Bali. She practises both Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow and and loves combining these with her other passion, Acroyoga.

Kelly's love of adventure, nature and people has led her to teaching yoga, standup paddleboard (SUP) yoga, body balance, as well as working as a personal trainer and an outdoor instructor.
Crediting yoga for an amazing recovery from cancer, and in the spirit of giving back, Maya pursued and deepened her practice learning with a wide range of teachers from various lineages.
Penny has completed White, Blue, Green and Brown Belts in Nia, which she describes as a fun full-body exercise that feeds the mind body and soul.
Rose is a registered nurse and with a passion for health and wellness. Her teaching practice focuses on supporting people in finding balance, strength and flexibility in their body and mind.
Sue is a leading teacher of both Hatha and Sivananda yoga, who initially training in Neyyar Dam (India) and has since also studied yoga in Australia, New Zealand and Thailand.
